Order Processing All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly — we'll keep you informed if that's the case.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays Tejas Rodeo Company Store is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at becca@tejasrodeo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
